This page is about my experiences as a leader both in the startup and the Fortune 50 company environments. While these two environments appear dramatically different, basic leadership boils down to understanding people, coaching them to excellence, setting expectations and managing them. Experience is nothing but making decisions from which you learn about the do’s as well as the don’ts and I have my fair share of both.
